Welcome to Paceley Constructors, Inc.- where decades of craftsmanship meet family values. Founded in 1978 by Barry Paceley, then a student at Arizona State University, our company has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted commercial construction partner, spread across most Western states.


Our Beginnings & Philosophy

  • Barry launched the company while in college, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence.

  • Since then, our Phoenix-based team has earned a reputation for delivering projects for Fortune 500 clients - on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.

With active general contractor licenses in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Utah, we’re set up to serve clients across the Western U.S.
