Take a look at a few fun facts about the people behind Paceley Constructors Inc.:

• Barry Paceley - Barry founded PCI in 1978 with a commitment to hard work, loyalty, and integrity - values that remain at the heart of the company today. With decades of leadership experience, he has guided PCI from its beginnings into a trusted partner for FedEx. Outside of work, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife Joan, their three children, and their three grandchildren, cherishing the family that has always been at the center of his life.

  
  

• Joan Paceley - As Corporate Secretary & Treasurer, Joan has been part of PCI since the very beginning, helping to keep the company running smoothly every day. Known for her dedication and organization, she balances business with her deep love for family. Joan treasures her time with Barry, their children, and their grandchildren, and she enjoys caring for the many animals that make their home lively and full of joy.

  
  

• Robert - With over 36 years of carpentry experience, Robert has built a career rooted in craftsmanship and reliability. As a journeyman carpenter, he’s seen it all in both residential and commercial construction, and he still takes pride in every detail of his work. When the tools are set down, Robert enjoys hitting the open road on his Harley and spending time with his family.

  
  

• Ian - The newest generation in construction, Ian is already making his mark at PCI with dedication and fresh energy. While he’s still early in his career, he’s fully embraced the trade and the values it represents. Off the job site, life revolves around his two daughters (and their mischievous “pain-in-the-butt dogs”), along with quality time spent with his wife and family.

  
  

• Adam - A proud Marine Corps veteran, Adam has been in construction since 2014, bringing discipline and determination to everything he does. Beyond work, his favorite role is being a husband and father. He loves history, video games, and firearms, but above all, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter - family always comes first.

  
  

• Kevin - Kevin has spent 18 years as a finish carpenter, perfecting the kind of detail-oriented craftsmanship that PCI is known for. His steady hand and expertise make him a trusted part of every project. Outside of work, Kevin is happiest at home with his twin daughters, often experimenting with new recipes on one of his many smokers. He’s also a proud Lego enthusiast who enjoys building creative projects in his downtime.

  
  

• JJ - A former collegiate athlete, JJ found his passion in construction and brings teamwork, dedication, and drive to every project. Away from the job site, he fills his time with gaming, fishing, and even running a side business in voiceover work. Sports remain a big part of his life, and he never misses a chance to cheer on his team - Go Steelers! With his competitive edge and creative side, JJ brings energy both on and off the clock.

  
  

• Jeremy - As a Project Coordinator at PCI, Jeremy balances responsibility and adventure. He’s a proud dad to his baby boy and finds joy in raising chickens, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors. On weekends, you might find him rock climbing, working on a new project, or just soaking in the simple moments with family and his animals.

  
  

• Victoria - With 14 years of customer service experience, Victoria brings dedication, organization, and care to everything she does at PCI. Her background spans industries from retail to medical records, giving her a wide skill set and strong attention to detail. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to her daughter, a talented crochet artist, and a serious coffee enthusiast who always has a cup in hand. Her creativity and warmth shine through in everything she does.

  
  

• Jovi - As PCI’s Social Media & Brand Manager, Jovi brings creativity and tenacity into every project. A photographer, videographer, and content creator, she helps capture the heart of PCI and share it with the world. A lifelong music lover, she’s played cello and guitar since middle school and has always loved singing. Outside of work, Jovi enjoys exploring her passions in artwork and fashion, spending time with her boyfriend Evan, her cat Juuzou, and making memories with family and friends.

What makes PCI special isn’t just the work we do - it’s the people who make up our team. We’re more than coworkers; we’re family, and that means celebrating everything from job-site wins to hobbies, grandkids, and even backyard chicken flocks.
